Data Forms, Inc. was started by the Wobber brothers of Shepherd Business Forms in Portland, OR in 1961.
- In 1963 Data Forms, Inc. was purchased by John Crawford of the Tumelum Lumber Company out of Bend, OR - Bruce Elliott was hired to run Data Forms, Inc. in 1963.
- In 1968 Bruce Elliott and Will Simpson purchased the company from John Crawford.
- Will Simpson purchased Data Forms, Inc. from Bruce Elliott in 1977.
- Bruce Elliott and Mike Elliott purchased Mid State Business Forms in Fresno, CA in 1983.
- Mike Elliott and Will Simpson purchased City Business Forms in San Francisco in 1985.
- Bruce Elliott and Mike Elliott purchased Data Forms, Inc. from Will Simpson in May 1998 and merged all three operations from Fresno, San Francisco and Reno to one facility in Reno, NV.
- Precision Rotary Business Forms in San Jose, CA was purchased from Ted Wilcox in 2000 and merged into the Reno, NV facility
